The Hengqin International Science and Technology Innovation Center, located at the intersection of Huandao North Road and Houpu Road, Hengqin New Area, Zhuhai, is invested by Zhuhai Da Heng Qin Co., Ltd. It is designed and surveyed by Architecture Design and Research Institute of Guangdong Province, supervised by Zhongwai Tianli (Beijing) Engineering Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (No. 1-2 Building) and Henan Province Yuxing Project Management Co., Ltd. (#3-9 Building Foundation Pit), and built by Zhuhai Jianan Group Co., Ltd.

The civil engineering structure of #1-2 building (1 basement and 7 and 13 stories above ground) has a gross floor area of 63,503.06 m², with basement area of 11,843.70 m², and above ground area of 51,659.36 m². Frame-shear wall structured. The total height of Building #1 is 38.90 meters and Building #2 is 59.20 meters, and the seismic fortification intensity is 7. The indoor elevation +0.000 is equivalent to 4.700 meters above Yellow Sea Datum.
